Our Stockbridge two-bedroom self-catering holiday apartment offers a comfortable and homely alternative to hotel accommodation.

This traditional Edinburgh flat is situated in the popular 'village' of Stockbridge just half-a-mile and a short and cultural 15-minute walk through the Georgian New Town into the centre of Edinburgh. Nearby is Raeburn Place, well-known for its fabulous range of local speciality food shops, cafés and bistros. There is a huge range of choice whether you want to cook yourself or eat out. The Royal Botanic Garden and Inverleith Park are close by, and the Water of Leith is only a couple of minutes walk away, which offers peaceful and picturesque 'countryside' walks in the centre of the city. There is a regular bus service into Princes Street and the Old Town.

The property is a charming Victorian second-floor apartment that combines character with contemporary fittings and fabrics. The apartment benefits from cornicing, high ceilings and original timber flooring.

The accommodation comprises a stylish open-plan living room / kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, including fridge freezer, washing machine, Smeg oven, hob and microwave.

The spacious master bedroom has been fitted out luxuriously and benefits from a zip-and-link bed that can be made up as either a super-king-size bed or two singles (please state your preference when booking).

The smaller second double bedroom is fitted out with similar contemporary fabrics.

The accommodation is completed by a modern bathroom with shower and a separate wc.
