This traditional Edinburgh flat is situated in the leafy district of Murrayfield, two miles to the west of Edinburgh city centre. The property, which benefits from views of Edinburgh Castle (limited during spring and summer due to blossoming of trees) and the Pentland Hills, is a short ten-minute bus, car or taxi ride or 30-minute walk from the city centre. One of the city's top attractions, Edinburgh Zoo, is within a short five-minute walk, while Murrayfield Rugby Stadium can be reached on foot in just ten-minutes, making this flat an ideal base for Six Nations and other international rugby matches. For golfers, Carrick Knowe Golf Course is within walking distance. The apartment is only five miles from Edinburgh International Airport.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the top or second floor of an imposing detached red-sandstone Victorian villa which was formerly the original farmhouse for the area. The living room, with a feature gas fire, is separate from the dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

There are three bedrooms comprising two doubles and one single, sleeping five in total. All bedrooms are fitted out with luxurious and contemporary fittings and fabrics.

The private entrance hall provides excellent storage for golf clubs, bikes, fishing gear, prams, etc.
