Here are some of our principal booking conditions, together with some useful information about your stay. Please contact us if you have a question or wish to make a booking.
- All bookings are subject to final confirmation by us.
Weekly bookings usually run from Friday to Friday. Short breaks usually run from either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. We will, however, endeavour to accommodate you for other periods if it does not conflict with other bookings. - Most arrivals are from 3.00 pm onwards. Your arrival time will be confirmed within the details you will receive from us prior to your holiday. You must vacate the property no later than 10.30 am on the day of departure. However, we are more than happy to accommodate an early check-in and late check-out by prior arrangement, depending on current bookings.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost must be paid when you make a booking. No booking will be treated as complete until the deposit is paid in full. The balance is due six weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made within six weeks of the arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately. We reserve the right to declare the contract terminated, to declare the deposit forfeit, to re-let the accommodation should the balance not have been received within the time limit, and to claim the balance of rent if the accommodation is not re-let.
- Our prices are shown in Pounds GB and include reasonable heating and electricity costs, bed linen, towels and wireless boradband for use with your own laptop.
- As holiday cancellation insurance is not included in the rent, we strongly recommend that you have suitable travel insurance.
- We do not allow pets in our apartments.
- We do not allow stag or hen parties in our apartments.
- All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
